To Pivot or Persevere

  Whether you’ve read The Lean Startup yet or not, there’s a line from the book that you’ve probably heard: “The fundamental activity of a startup is to turn ideas into products, measure how customers respond, and then learn whether to pivot or persevere.”  It sounds reasonable. But it’s no secret that when you’re working in conditions of great uncertainty, deciding when and how to pivot is rarely a clear choice.
