Video Unopeneds Follow-Up

We’re just under one month away from the release of my new book, The Startup Way. As hard as writing a new book is, the work doesn’t stop when the final draft gets turned in to the publisher. The past few months, I’ve been busy planning out a tour, doing some early media, and developing bonus content to help readers of the book implement its lessons.

I've recorded a five-part video series in which I introduce the key insights and methods behind The Startup Way. I had a great time making these videos and exploring a new medium for sharing my ideas. The videos highlight how my work has evolved since The Lean Startup was published and what I learned from working with companies embarking on lean transformation at scale.
