An unexpected moment

Incorruptible: Why Good Companies Go Bad…

and How Great Companies Stay Great

Available to order at incorruptible.co

For those who aren’t familiar, TBPN (Technology Business Programming Network) is a live, daily tech and business talk show streaming for three hours. It’s a Silicon Valley staple.

TBPN is run with strong journalistic practices and serious topics. It’s also truly fun to be a guest, so my launch day conversation with TBPN’s entrepreneurs and creators John Coogan and Jordi Hays was action-packed.

Because the show runs in 30 minute segments, we had time not only to explore Incorruptible’s main themes and tools, but to go deep on one of the companies I profile in the book, the Mondragon Corporation. It’s one of Spain’s largest companies, made up of a network of independent worker cooperatives employing 80,000 people. It would be hard to talk about a company this complex and interesting in a quick soundbyte or two, but TBPN’s format allows for tons of detail and discussion.

And then there was the fun. As we talked about reforming our financial systems and other topics from the book, there was an air horn, they anointed me with sunglasses, and we finished the segment with John’s gong. You’ll have to watch to see what we were talking about when this happened…

I’ll have a full media round up for you on Friday morning with the rest of the launch week coverage.

P.S. If you'd like to help out with the book launch, please leave an Amazon review for Incorruptible. It takes about a minute, and a sentence or two is plenty. Not sure what to say? Try one of these:

  • one thing you learned that made the book worth it

  • who you'd give this book to, and why

  • what sets it apart from other business books

And if you have 20 seconds more, scroll the existing reviews. When you find one you think really does the book justice, click "Helpful" underneath. That bumps the best reviews to the top where new readers will see them.
