Info Needed for Lean Startup Workshops and Site Visits

   As you know, Gold and Platinum Pass holders for The Lean Startup Conference can attend workshops and/or site visits on Tuesday, December 4. We need a very small amount of info from you to make these things go smoothly.  You don't need to sign up for workshops, but we do want to get a sense of interest so that we can make sure we've got the right room sizes. Similarly, we don't anticipate requiring sign-ups for site visits, but we do want to get an idea of which you might attend. Note that you can attend workshops in the morning and site visits in the afternoon or vice versa.  This super-quick survey asks the questions we need answered. The deadline is tomorrow, November 27 at 5pm PST.   Thanks in advance!
