Incorruptible's Launch Week

Incorruptible: Why Good Companies Go Bad…

and How Great Companies Stay Great

Available to order at incorruptible.co

It’s been a busy week launching the new book! I’m still on the road for the book tour but wanted to give you a quick look at this week’s media coverage. Every time Incorruptible is shared with a new audience, I feel momentum building for a new way of thinking about value creation and human flourishing.

MEDIA & PRINT

On Wednesday, I stopped by the CNBC studio to talk about the factors that have destroyed the necessary trust for our financial system to work for everyone. In the era of AI, we need true partnership between long-term owners and companies more than ever.

The Wall Street Journal ran this thoughtful discussion of the book in their “CEO Brief” column. It also touches on AI, landing on the word “buttressing” for what Incorruptible’s blueprint for mission protection lays out – a great choice.

Fortune has a selection from Incorruptible’s introduction that tells the story of a company “wake” I attended. The experience solidified my conviction that I’d missed an important step in The Lean Startup: figuring out how to protect companies, not just build them.

TIME has another excerpt that covers my definition of the word “corruption” and the forces that cause it, including a quote from Ursula K. LeGuin on why changing the structure and effects of our financial system is entirely possible.

Fast Company featured an abridged transcript of my interview from Rapid Response, hosted by former Fast Company editor-in-chief Robert Safian. The full podcast episode is below.

ICYMI, I was on TBPN on Tuesday to announce the book launch (full segment here).
Here’s a short clip to get a feel for the conversation.

PODCASTS

Here’s a list of great podcasts I was excited to be on recently. There are many other excellent conversations for every niche relevant to the principles in Incorruptible.

Lenny’s Podcast

The response to my conversation with Lenny Rachitsky has been overwhelming.

A few comments from Lenny’s audience:

"One of the greatest podcasts of this and last year."

"This is one of the most important videos on the internet right now."

"This should be required listening before anyone is allowed to do anything at work."

Y Combinator’s Main Function

Garry Tan, president of Y Combinator, knows first-hand what happens to founders if they do not protect what they have built. We sat down to talk about how we got here, why today's so-called "best practices" destroy value, and, most importantly, what founders can do about it.

Ageless Warrior Lab

Dave Meyer has a unique perspective on business from his background as world champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and his unexpected path into animal welfare and tech entrepreneurship. This wide ranging conversation has already been discovered by 820,000 people!
