I am deeply sorry.  Today, you should receive a NetGalley digital copy. If you haven't received it by the end of the day, please let us know.  However, it has come to our attention that the NetGalley will expire in 55 days. My publisher cannot send a non-DRM electronic version, for which we apologize again. Therefore, you have two options:  1. Refund - we will give you a full refund of the $12 you spent on this digital copy.  2. Kindle - we will purchase a $12.99 Kindle edition for you on Amazon.
